Families have been through a lot over the last year due to COVID-19. Removing barriers to school is very important. The City and CPS would like to help.
Families with an eligible student can receive $500.
To verify your eligibility to receive a grant from The Chicago Families Forward Fund, we need to collect some information on the students and parents/guardians in your household. By completing this application and signing below, you agree that you are voluntarily sharing the information below with the Children First Fund to tender payment.
